Job summary

Massenhove Recruitment Limited is seeking a Motor Claims Handler for remote working to support UK clients. You will pro-actively manage motor claims across the full lifecycle, including negotiations with third parties and liaising with insurers, policyholders, brokers and solicitors.

The role requires strong numeracy and literacy, excellent customer service, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with the wider team.

Qualifications

• Pro-actively manage motor claims journey across the UK.
• Provide comprehensive advice on settlement options to policyholders.
• Manage claim costs to achieve economical settlements with great customer experience.
• Liaise between insurers, policyholders, leaseholders, engineers, brokers and solicitors.
• Provide excellent customer service with empathy.
• Negotiate and adjust third-party claims.
• Obtain documentation/media for claim assessment.
• Ensure compliance with Treating Customers Fairly and regulatory requirements.
