Job summary

Directive Consulting is seeking a creative designer to shape performance-driven advertising across LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube and TikTok. You’ll craft visuals that stop the scroll and drive results, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement assets for A/B tests and optimize campaigns for client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in graphic design, with a focus on performance-driven creatives and CRO.
• 1 year experience with motion graphics.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of CRO metrics and A/B testing.

Responsibilities

• Craft compelling design assets such as ad sets and landing pages backed by data to drive digital marketing KPIs.
• Produce motion graphics and short-form video cutdowns for social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube).
• Edit existing video assets into high-performing ad units tailored to platform specs.
• Collaborate with media and content teams to align motion creative with audience insights and goals.
• Maintain brand consistency across all assets while adapting creatively to audiences and platforms.
• Design and implement A/B tests and other experiments using CRO tools (Optimizely, Unbounce, Crazy Egg).
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and heat mapping to validate design decisions.
• Iterate designs based on feedback and data insights.
• Manage multiple design projects with clear communication to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on CRO and UX trends.
