Job summary

Skin + Me is seeking an experienced Designer specialising in Motion and Paid Ads to join our Creative & Brand Team in London. This hybrid role blends high-impact creative with performance-driven experimentation across social and paid channels.

You will own motion projects from concept to final delivery, adapt assets for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and more, and collaborate with Growth and Creative teams to turn data insights into filmic, tests-driven campaigns while maintaining brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in motion design and paid social campaigns.
• Expertise with Adobe CC for video and graphics.
• Strong storytelling, pacing and visual hierarchy for short-form content.

Responsibilities

• Champion and guard visual brand identity across touchpoints.
• Own motion projects from brief to final delivery.
• Concept and execute performance-led animations for paid channels.
• Collaborate with Growth and Creative teams to turn data into creative improvements.
• Edit UGC and creator content into paid-social assets.
• Adapt creative across platforms and formats.
• Develop multiple creative iterations for testing.
• Balance brand with performance while evolving creative.
• Collaborate with Brand & Creative Team to bring ideas to life.
• Design assets for organic social channels to build brand advocates.
