Job summary

Skin + Me is seeking an experienced Designer specialising in Motion and Paid Ads for our Creative & Brand Team in London. This hybrid role requires three days in our Paddington HQ (Mon, Tue, Fri) and two days remote.

You will champion our visual identity, own motion projects end-to-end, and craft performance-driven animations for paid channels while iterating with Growth and Creative teams to improve impact.

Qualifications

• Strong animation, video-editing and short-form storytelling skills with a focus on performance-led advertising.
• Excellent knowledge of the Adobe suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
• Experience in beauty/skincare, health or wellness D2C brands is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own motion projects from brief to storyboard, animation, editing and final delivery.
• Concept and execute performance-led animations for paid marketing channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).
• Edit UGC and creator content into engaging paid-social assets and adapt for multiple formats.
• Collaborate with Growth and Creative teams to leverage performance data for future ads.
• Develop multiple creative iterations for testing across hooks, messaging and CTAs.
• Maintain brand consistency while exploring new creative directions for testing.
