Stellar Select Ltd is recruiting a Business Analyst - Underwriting & Lending Change to bridge operations, credit risk and tech. You will shape originations and underwriting workflows, translating complex requirements into clear specifications and delivering automation-driven improvements.

The role suits either an experienced Mortgage Underwriter moving into BA or a Technical BA with mortgage originations experience, with strong BPMN and stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

Mortgage originations and underwriting knowledge required.
Experience as Mortgage Underwriter or Technical BA with mortgage originations.
Experience with BPMN process mapping.
FCA rules and Consumer Duty awareness.
Strong stakeholder workshop facilitation.

Responsibilities

Elicit, document, translate business requirements into specs.
Map end-to-end mortgage origination workflows.
Improve underwriting processes for efficiency.
Define UAT scenarios and manage defects.
Ensure governance and compliance.
