Finova is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join the MSO team in Manchester or Cheltenham with hybrid on-site days. You will translate product requirements and integration needs into robust technical specifications, collaborating across product, engineering and client stakeholders to deliver compliant, scalable mortgage origination capabilities.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Business Systems Analyst in financial services, fintech or regulated environments.
• Experience translating requirements into technical specifications and process models.
• Strong knowledge of data modelling, data requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Familiarity with Scrum and Kanban frameworks and SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Perform requirements analysis and produce clear specifications for features and third‑party integrations.
• Conduct gap analysis and design solutions aligned with regulatory standards and architecture.
• Provide BAU and production support, bug fixes and performance optimisations.
• Collaborate with Engineers, Product Managers and Delivery Managers across multiple squads.
• Ensure compliance, audit readiness and effective use of AI/automation tools.
