Quantum Mortgages Limited is hiring an Automation and Business Improvement Analyst to bridge business objectives with technology outcomes in mortgage origination, underwriting and servicing. You will produce clear, testable requirements, interpret complex data, and map processes across platforms, ensuring regulatory and security standards are met.

You will create artefacts like BPMN/UML diagrams, data flow diagrams, and interface contracts, and drive improvements with stakeholders across

Formación

• Mortgage lending knowledge of origination workflows, underwriting, servicing.
• Technical BA background with requirements engineering and system analysis.
• Ability to interpret complex data reports and derive actionable insights.
• Familiarity with APIs, data mapping and data quality controls.
• Proficient in process modelling and delivering BRDs/FRDs and interface specs.

Responsabilidades

• Elicit, structure, and document functional and non-functional requirements with full traceability.
• Analyse complex data/MI reports to surface trends, risks and opportunities.
• Create BPMN/UML diagrams, data flow diagrams, and interface contracts.
