Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Modular Data Center Customer Opportunity Manager to coordinate the opportunity pipeline across Sales, Tendering, Design & Engineering and external partners. You will ensure disciplined execution, maintain pipeline transparency in Salesforce, and drive timely follow-up from early engagement through tendering.

This fully remote Europe-wide role emphasizes coordinating multi-stakeholder opportunities, challenging data quality, and delivering clear next steps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Sales Operations or related field.
• Experience coordinating technically complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities or projects (bid/tender management, commercial project management).
• Combination of technical and commercial experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, prioritize and track modular data center opportunities with Sales and regional teams.
• Coordinate across Sales, Tendering, Design & Engineering, Product App Engineering and other stakeholders.
• Maintain transparent opportunity pipeline in Salesforce and other Eaton tools; challenge data quality and next steps.
• Prepare and maintain pipeline reports, dashboards and status updates.
• Coordinate engagement with external modular partners to support opportunity development.
• Facilitate tender activities across Sales, Tendering, Engineering and partners with clear responsibilities.
• Track milestones, deadlines and actions to drive follow-up and issue resolution.
• Improve opportunity-management processes and reporting for transparency and execution.
