Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Modular Data Center Customer Opportunity Manager. This fully remote role coordinates the opportunity pipeline across Sales, Tendering, Engineering and external partners to drive predictable execution from initial engagement through tendering.

You will maintain pipeline transparency in Salesforce, qualify and prioritize opportunities, and ensure clear next steps. Strong project coordination and commercial awareness are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Sales Operations or a related field.
• Strong track record coordinating technically complex, multi‑stakeholder opportunities or projects.
• Combination of technical and commercial experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, prioritize and track modular data center opportunities with Sales and regional teams.
• Act as central coordination point across Sales, Tendering, Design & Engineering, Product Application Engineering and partners.
• Maintain accurate opportunity pipeline in Salesforce and other Eaton tools, challenge data quality and next steps.
• Prepare and maintain pipeline reports, dashboards and status updates, highlighting risks and actions.
• Coordinate engagement with external modular partners to support opportunity development.
• Facilitate tender activities across Sales, Tendering, Engineering and partners with clear responsibilities.
• Track milestones, deadlines and dependencies to ensure timely follow-up and issue resolution.
• Continuously improve opportunity-management processes and reporting for transparency and execution.
