Job summary

Bytes Software Services is seeking a Microsoft 365 Consultant to own end‑to‑end M365 projects from design through to implementation with a focus on Intune, migrations, and policy management.

You will shape delivery from scoping to implementation in a remote role, collaborating with sales and service teams to drive value for customers and expand our M365 services. The role offers autonomy and direct customer impact.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 solutions in live environments.
• Strong expertise across Intune, device onboarding and policy management.
• Hands-on experience with M365 migrations and related tooling.
• Confident running customer workshops and translating requirements into solutions.
• Solid knowledge of core M365 services and admin platforms.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications such as MS-102 and MD-102.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver Intune and Microsoft 365 projects from design through to implementation
• Lead tenant-to-tenant migrations and consolidations using the right tools and approach
• Design clear, scalable M365 solutions aligned to customer needs
• Run workshops that help customers adopt and get value from M365
• Collaborate with pre-sales and service teams to shape new service offerings
• Improve delivery standards, documentation and repeatable approaches across projects
• Build trusted relationships with customers, becoming a go-to technical advisor
