Job summary

Bytes Software Services is seeking a Microsoft 365 Consultant to own end-to-end M365 projects remotely. You will design and deliver Intune implementations, tenant migrations and consolidation, and work closely with sales and service teams to shape delivery.

The role emphasizes practical outcomes, customer workshops, and building trusted relationships as a technical advisor. You can grow your breadth across M365 while influencing service evolution and values.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 solutions in live environments.
• Strong expertise across Intune, device onboarding and policy management.
• Hands‑on experience with M365 migrations and related tooling.
• Confident running customer workshops and translating requirements into solutions.
• Solid knowledge of core M365 services and admin platforms.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications such as MS‑102 and MD‑102.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver Intune and Microsoft 365 projects from design through to implementation.
• Lead tenant-to-tenant migrations and consolidations using the right tools and approach.
• Design clear, scalable M365 solutions aligned to customer needs.
• Run workshops that help customers adopt and get value from M365.
• Collaborate with pre-sales and service teams to shape new service offerings.
• Improve delivery standards, documentation and repeatable approaches across projects.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, becoming a go-to technical advisor.
