Job summary

Bytes Software Services is looking for a Microsoft 365 Consultant to own end-to-end M365 projects from design through to implementation. You will lead tenant migrations, design scalable M365 solutions and run customer workshops to drive adoption and value.

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 solutions in live environments.
Strong expertise across Intune, device onboarding and policy management.
Hands-on experience with M365 migrations and related tooling.
Confident running customer workshops and translating requirements into solutions.

Responsibilities

Own and deliver Intune and Microsoft 365 projects from design through to implementation.
Lead tenant‑to‑tenant migrations and consolidations using the right tools and approach.
Design clear, scalable M365 solutions aligned to customer needs.
Run workshops that help customers adopt and get value from M365.
Collaborate with pre‑sales and service teams to shape new service offerings.
Improve delivery standards, documentation and repeatable approaches across projects.
Build trusted relationships with customers, becoming a go‑to technical advisor.
