Job summary

Bytes Software Services is seeking a Microsoft 365 Consultant to own end-to-end M365 projects remotely, spanning Intune, migrations and related tooling. You will drive delivery with autonomy and directly impact customer outcomes.

The role focuses on design, scoping and implementation of high‑quality M365 solutions, working closely with sales and service teams, and running customer workshops to maximise value from the platform.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 solutions in live environments.
• Strong expertise across Intune, device onboarding and policy management.
• Hands-on experience with M365 migrations and related tooling.
• Confident running customer workshops and translating requirements into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver Intune and Microsoft 365 projects from design through to implementation.
• Lead tenant-to-tenant migrations and consolidations using the right tools and approach.
• Design clear, scalable M365 solutions aligned to customer needs.
• Run workshops that help customers adopt and get value from M365.
• Collaborate with pre-sales and service teams to shape new service offerings.
• Improve delivery standards, documentation and repeatable approaches across projects.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, becoming a go-to technical advisor.
