Job summary

Bytes Software Services is seeking a Microsoft 365 Consultant to own end-to-end Microsoft 365 projects with real autonomy and direct impact. You will work across Intune, migrations and wider M365 solutions, translating customer needs into scalable designs.

You will shape delivery from scoping through to implementation, collaborating with sales and service teams, and building trusted relationships as a technical advisor. This remote role offers flexibility to impact customers directly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 solutions in live environments.
• Strong expertise across Intune, device onboarding and policy management.
• Hands-on experience with M365 migrations and related tooling.
• Confident running customer workshops and translating requirements into solutions.
• Solid knowledge of core M365 services and admin platforms.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications such as MS-102 and MD-102.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver Intune and Microsoft 365 projects from design through to implementation.
• Lead tenant-to-tenant migrations and consolidations using the right tools and approach.
• Design clear, scalable M365 solutions aligned to customer needs.
• Run workshops that help customers adopt and get value from M365.
• Collaborate with pre-sales and service teams to shape new service offerings.
• Improve delivery standards, documentation and repeatable approaches across projects.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, becoming a go-to technical advisor.
