Job summary

Bytes Software Services is seeking a Microsoft 365 Consultant to own end-to-end M365 projects with real autonomy and direct impact, working remotely. You will engage customers across Intune, migrations and broader M365 solutions, shaping delivery from scoping through implementation.

You will design scalable M365 solutions, run workshops to maximise value, collaborate with sales and service teams to shape new offerings, and build trusted relationships with clients while improving delivery

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 in live environments.
Strong expertise across Intune, device onboarding and policy management.
Hands-on experience with M365 migrations and related tooling.
Confident running customer workshops and translating requirements into solutions.

Responsibilities

Own and deliver Intune and Microsoft 365 projects from design through to implementation.
Lead tenant-to-tenant migrations and consolidations using the right tools and approach.
Design clear, scalable M365 solutions aligned to customer needs.
Run workshops that help customers adopt and get value from M365.
Collaborate with pre-sales and service teams to shape new service offerings.
Improve delivery standards, documentation and repeatable approaches across projects.
Build trusted relationships with customers, becoming a go-to technical advisor.
