Job summary

Bytes Software Services is seeking a Microsoft 365 Consultant to own end-to-end M365 projects remotely. You will drive Intune implementations, tenant migrations, and solution design with direct impact on customer outcomes.

The role requires hands-on experience with M365 migrations and strong familiarity with Intune, policy management and admin platforms, plus relevant MS certifications. You’ll work closely with sales and service teams to shape offerings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 solutions in live environments.
• Strong expertise across Intune, device onboarding and policy management.
• Hands-on experience with M365 migrations and related tooling.
• Confident running customer workshops and translating requirements into solutions.
• Solid knowledge of core M365 services and admin platforms.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications such as MS-102 and MD-102.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver Intune and Microsoft 365 projects from design through to implementation.
• Lead tenant-to-tenant migrations and consolidations using the right tools and approach.
• Design clear, scalable M365 solutions aligned to customer needs.
• Run workshops that help customers adopt and get value from M365.
• Collaborate with pre-sales and service teams to shape new service offerings.
• Improve delivery standards, documentation and repeatable approaches across projects.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, becoming a go-to technical advisor.
