Job summary

Ethos is looking for experienced medical affairs professionals and MSLs from pharma/biotech to train our language model on professional presentations and slide deck tasks. This fully remote role offers flexible hours and a chance to work with cutting-edge AI in a scientific context.

Contract is 5–20 hours per week at USD 100 per hour, with ASAP start. Requirements include PharmD/MD/PhD with 4+ years in medical affairs, proven ability to produce compliant presentations, and expert PowerPoint

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (PharmD, MD, PhD) with 4+ years in medical affairs at a pharma or biotech company.
• Experience producing compliant scientific presentations for external and internal audiences.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: scientific presentation decks, KOL engagement slides, advisory board materials, medical education content, congress data readout presentations, and evidence summary slides.
