Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced medical affairs directors to help train AI models on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations across scientific decks, KOL slides, advisory materials, medical education content, congress readouts, and evidence summaries.

The role requires 4+ years in medical affairs at pharma/biotech, an advanced degree (PharmD/MD/PhD), and expert PowerPoint skills for precise slide craftsmanship and clear

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (PharmD, MD, or PhD) with 4+ years in medical affairs at pharma/biotech.
• Experience producing compliant scientific presentations for external and internal audiences.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: scientific presentation decks, KOL engagement slides, advisory board materials, medical education content, congress data readout presentations, and evidence summary slides.
