Job summary

Ethos is partnering with a leading AI research lab to recruit experienced corporate finance associates from top firms to help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated decks focusing on storyline development, executive summaries, slide structure, and client-ready output.

This fully remote, flexible contract offers $100/hour with 5-20 hours per week, starting ASAP.

Qualifications

• 3+ years total M&A experience at a top firm (e.g., Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, JPM, Evercore, Centerview, Lazard, PJT, Moelis, Guggenheim).
• Deep expertise in structured communication, storylining, and slide craftsmanship.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: storyline development, executive summary writing, slide structuring, horizontal and vertical logic, data-driven exhibit design, and client-ready deck production.
