Responsibilities

• Maintain a record of what was published, where it appeared and whether a copy can be found.
• Open the source via the approved online route and check publication name, date, and headline.
• Note distinctions between independent articles, mentions, and press releases.
• Record title, publication/channel, page address or file reference.
• Organise sources so a link that won’t open is clearly marked as pending.
• Work remotely with online publications, a shared tracker and digital files.
