Hrstalentsolutions is seeking a Marketing Media Coverage Clerk to manage remote administration of marketing publication records. You will verify published sources, note article type, and maintain accurate references using approved trackers and sources.

Training will cover the employer’s categories and rules. The role allows full-time or part-time hours with pro rata pay for part-time work, and requires meticulous record-keeping and attention to detail.

Competenze

• Record publication name, date, and publication channel.
• Record the page address or approved file reference.
• Note the organisation, product or representative mentioned.
• Record whether item is a full article, short mention or quoted comment.
• Note any campaign or event reference supplied by the marketing owner.
• Record the date on which the entry was checked or updated.

Mansioni

• Open the source through the approved online route and verify publication details (name, date, headline).
• Record distinctions between independent articles and organisation pages or quotes.
• Ensure the link points to the correct item described, not just a publication homepage.
• Work remotely with online publications, a shared marketing tracker and digital files.
• Follow training on the tracker, source rules and field definitions; prior marketing/administration experience is welcome.
• Do not copy full articles; use approved records and note any limitations or missing sources.
