Qualifications

• Previous marketing experience is helpful but not essential.
• Accuracy and comfort comparing records are the starting points.

Responsibilities

• Link an image to its licence or permission note in the records.
• Record supplier name, purchase reference, usage note and expiry or review dates.
• Flag attachments that will not open and avoid guessing from filenames.
• Identify asset sources when required and update records when approvals arrive.
• Maintain the approved library's records and handle missing sources.
• Communicate with the marketing or legal contacts for permission questions.
