Job summary

Humanoid is seeking a Mechatronics Remote Support Engineer to diagnose and resolve field issues remotely, with occasional on-site interventions as a flying doctor. You’ll work with our remote services team, using telemetry and Digital Shadow diagnostics to isolate faults and provide precise intervention guidance.

You’ll travel occasionally, maintain SLA-driven case handling, and document solutions to grow our knowledge base while collaborating with top engineers shaping the next generation of

Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge of robot hardware and components.
• Experience with ROS2, Bash, Ubuntu/Linux, and firmware.
• Strong remote-diagnosis instincts.
• Clear technical communication under SLA pressure.
• Methodical, end-to-end case management with documentation.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site work.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose robot faults remotely via telemetry and diagnostics.
• Resolve issues remotely and escalate when needed.
• Provide complete physical-intervention recommendations.
• Occasionally travel as a flying doctor on-site.
• Prioritise cases against SLAs and inform customers.
• Document diagnoses and resolutions for knowledge base.
• Escalate to Engineering for R&D when required.
