Reporting to the Marketing Lead, you will manage trackers, chase information, and escalate blockers to keep activities moving smoothly. This operational role rewards proactive organisation and clear communication across multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Evidence of strong organisation, prioritisation and attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating multiple workflows and deadlines independently.
• Professional chasing of actions across several stakeholders.
• Ability to follow work through to completion without prompting.
• Identify missing information or blockers and escalate appropriately.
• Strong written English and professional communication.
• Comfort using task-management tools, spreadsheets and shared records.
• Experience in marketing operations, social publishing, PR, influencer coordination or gifting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate marketing actions, owners, deadlines and dependencies in Asana and shared trackers.
• Turn meeting actions and campaign plans into clear follow-up.
• Maintain marketing calendars and chase overdue actions or missing information.
• Schedule and publish approved social content and check captions, links, assets and timings.
• Support routine social engagement and approved correspondence, escalating sensitive interactions.
• Execute approved PR and influencer outreach and maintain records.
• Coordinate gifting, samples, product requests, shipping, returns and creator deliverables.
• Coordinate routine agreements and documentation through approved processes.
• Track PR coverage, influencer outputs and outstanding commitments.
• Coordinate administrative and logistical requirements for campaigns.
• Organise campaign assets and shared records.
• Compile reporting inputs and identify missing information or evidence.
• Escalate blockers or decisions requiring specialist input.
• Support other recurring marketing administration as required.
