Job summary

Osprey Flight Solutions Limited, a UK-based SaaS business, is hiring a Marketing Operations Manager to own marketing technology, data, reporting and the website health. This is a remote, full-time role working with the Marketing team and alongside Revenue Operations.

You will manage Salesforce CRM, Account Engagement (Pardot) and ABX tooling, own lead routing and data hygiene, build dashboards, and support monthly GTM reporting and forecasting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in marketing operations or reporting-focused marketing.
• Hands-on Salesforce CRM and Account Engagement experience.
• Experience with WordPress site health and GA4 tagging.
• Strong Excel skills and data-driven reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing tech stack, data hygiene and integrations.
• Build and maintain marketing and commercial dashboards.
• Manage website health, GA4 tagging and lead capture integrations.
• Support GTM planning, budgeting, and governance of AI use in marketing.
