HRS Talent Solutions is seeking a Printed Marketing Materials Coordinator for a remote UK-based position. You will manage the record of brochures and event materials, keeping the online tracker updated and ensuring stock movements are accurate.

Your duties include reconciling reported counts with inventory, flagging low stock, recording allocations, and routing approved requests to the correct team. You will not select printers or place unapproved orders.

Competenze

• Experience with online spreadsheets and inventory tracking is helpful.
• Experience in stockroom or marketing department is not required but helpful.

• Maintain the online inventory tracker and reconcile stock movements.
• Record item dates, quantities and allocations in the tracker.
• Flag low stock and route approved requests to the appropriate team.
