Job summary

Amey Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Management Accountant to join the Consulting Finance function. The role is remote with occasional travel to a local Amey office.

You will typically work 37.5 hours per week and support monthly performance, forecast cycles and budget processes within the Engineering business in Consulting. The role requires ACCA/CIMA qualification with experience in management accounts, strong Excel and SAP skills, and excellent stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Qualified in ACCA/CIMA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience in management accounts and monthly close processes.
• Proven ability to work to tight deadlines with accuracy.
• Strong IT skills, including Excel and SAP.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Production of monthly management accounts for the engineering streams.
• Own project performance sheets and related governance packs.
• Assist forecasts and budgets and populate forecast files.
• Input monthly results into consolidation tools and balance sheet reviews.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and support audits and KPI reporting.
