Job summary

ACCA invites applications for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager. The role sits in the CFO directorate and can be home-based or based in London or Glasgow. This 10-month fixed-term contract delivers FP&A expertise to ACCA's UK and global operations.

The job involves maintaining revenue models, owning the D365 Budget Module, building strategic financial models, and partnering with senior management to drive forecast accuracy and efficiency across exam delivery and production costs.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with strong analytical mind-set and financial modelling experience.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.
• Ability to present confidently to Senior Management.
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Familiarity with D365 budgeting module is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve revenue models for budgeting and forecasts.
• Own Budget Module in D365: headers, codes and tables for budgeting and forecasting.
• Develop models translating strategic targets to country/city level information.
• Collaborate with key teams to share information and drive insights.
• Lead exam driver analysis models for forecasting and multi-year projections.
• Ensure timely rolling forecasts for exam delivery and costs within budgets.
• Coordinate with Change Delivery and Customer Service on exam changes impacts.
• Update revenue models with change program implications.
• Respond to ad hoc information requests and provide value-added insights.
• Contribute to and help deliver the finance strategy.
• Identify improvements and cost efficiencies for exam delivery and capacity.
