Qualifikationen

• Experience in a management accounting or similar finance role.
• Strong knowledge of month-end close procedures and management accounts preparation.
• Commercial awareness with ability to identify and deliver improvements in an operational environment.
• Excellent Excel skills and ability to produce accurate analysis.
• Clear written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, engineering or rail sectors.
• Part-qualified or newly qualified with CIMA or ACCA.
• Experience using SAP for financial reporting.

Aufgaben

• Lead the production of monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reporting.
• Provide clear financial analysis and insight to help operations understand performance and variances.
• Produce accurate budgets and forecasts to support decision-making across contracts.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to improve financial performance and maximise value.
• Maintain robust financial controls and support internal and external audits.
• Improve reporting processes and deliver joined-up reporting across Finance, Commercial and Operations using SAP.
