Job summary

Bytes Software Services in the United Kingdom is seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 consultant to own end-to-end Intune and M365 projects, from design through to implementation, with autonomy and direct customer impact. You will lead tenant-to-tenant migrations, design scalable M365 solutions, run customer workshops, and collaborate with pre-sales and service teams to shape new offerings.

This role requires strong knowledge of Intune, device onboarding, policy management and MD-102/MS-102

Qualifications

• Design and deliver high-quality M365 solutions from scoping to implementation
• Hands-on experience with Intune, device onboarding and policy management
• Experience leading tenant-to-tenant migrations and consolidations
• Ability to run customer workshops and translate requirements into solutions
• Knowledge of core M365 services and admin platforms, with relevant certifications

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver Intune and Microsoft 365 projects from design through to implementation
• Lead tenant-to-tenant migrations and consolidations using the right tools and approach
• Design clear, scalable M365 solutions aligned to customer needs
• Run workshops that help customers adopt and get value from M365
• Collaborate with pre-sales and service teams to shape new service offerings
• Improve delivery standards, documentation and repeatable approaches across projects
• Build trusted relationships with customers, becoming a go-to technical advisor
• Strong expertise across Intune, device onboarding and policy management
• Hands-on experience with M365 migrations and related tooling
• Confident running customer workshops and translating requirements into solutions
• Solid knowledge of core M365 services and admin platforms
• Relevant Microsoft certifications such as MS-102 and MD-102
