Job summary

Bytes is seeking a Microsoft 365 Consultant to own end-to-end M365 projects, including Intune deployment, migrations and modern device management. You will shape delivery from scoping to implementation with direct impact on customers.

You will design scalable M365 solutions, run customer workshops, and collaborate with pre-sales and service teams to shape new offerings. Strong hands-on Intune and migration experience plus MS certifications are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 solutions in live environments.
• Strong expertise across Intune, device onboarding and policy management.
• Hands-on experience with M365 migrations and related tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver Intune and Microsoft 365 projects from design through to implementation
• Lead tenant-to-tenant migrations and consolidations using the right tools and approach
• Design clear, scalable M365 solutions aligned to customer needs
• Run workshops that help customers adopt and get value from M365
• Collaborate with pre-sales and service teams to shape new service offerings
• Improve delivery standards, documentation and repeatable approaches across projects
• Build trusted relationships with customers, becoming a go-to technical advisor
