Job summary

Leading Law Firm is seeking an experienced M365 Copilot Lead to provide strategic leadership and delivery oversight for a Microsoft 365 Copilot Agent project on a remote contract. • Strong programme and project leadership capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall delivery of the M365 Copilot Agent project.
• Define the project vision, roadmap, governance framework, and success criteria.
• Provide strategic direction across business and technical workstreams.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to align requirements, priorities, and outcomes.
• Oversee implementation, testing, adoption, and knowledge transfer activities.
• Ensure compliance, security, and governance standards are adhered to within a legal environment.
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Champion best practices for Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption and AI-enabled ways of working.
• Advise on future opportunities to maximise value from Microsoft AI technologies.
