Job summary

Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking a Technology Delivery Associate Manager to lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementations with embedded Copilot AI capabilities. You will own architecture, integration, and governance across CRM and ERP modules while managing large cross-functional delivery teams.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, experience with AI-enabled workflows, and the ability to travel to client sites as needed in London and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Dynamics 365 with embedded Copilot AI features.
• Proven track record leading enterprise-scale programmes across CRM/ERP modules.
• Ability to govern end-to-end delivery including governance, risk, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 implementations with Copilot AI.
• Own solution architecture and integration design across D365 and Power Platform.
• Drive intelligent automation and AI-enabled workflows within D365 deployments.
