The role offers a hybrid working pattern with shifts between 8am and 8pm and a home-working option. You will manage a busy web chat system, provide information, and convert enquiries into sales while maintaining a professional image.

Responsibilities

• Be flexible to work the shift patterns between 8am and 8pm, plus home working option.
• Maintain a professional image at all times.
• Manage a Web chat system which receives over 6000 enquiries a week as part of a dedicated and enthusiastic team.
• Give information and acknowledge selling vibes with the ability to convert enquires into customer sales.
