• Must have lifecycle/cost planning experience, preferably within PFI contracts.
• Experience reviewing contractual obligations in facilities management contexts.
• Strong data collection and reporting capabilities.
• Proven ability to coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Align with Lifecycle Manager to ensure contractual compliance on lifecycle obligations.
• Support data collection and analysis for lifecycle spend across contracts.
• Assist in condition surveys delivery and lifecycle submissions.
• Provide strategic lifecycle support for Healthcare and LG&E contracts.
