Job summary

Equans is seeking a Technical Lifecycle Manager in Manchester to ensure compliance, safety and efficiency of on-site assets. You will bridge maintenance operations with long-term lifecycle planning, analysing HTMs/HBNs and asset data to guide capital replacement while supporting project managers.

The role requires deep technical knowledge of UK hospital systems, experience with lifecycle planning and the ability to communicate complex concepts to clinical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with UK healthcare facilities and PFI environments.
• Strong understanding of building services in UK hospitals.
• Authorised Person qualifications or similar is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Audit maintenance and asset replacement plans for compliance.
• Develop lifecycle strategies, budgets and reports for decision making.
• Provide technical assurance and on-site support to Project Managers during lifecycle projects.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure assets are compliant and ready for replacement.
