Qualifications

• Strong experience in all areas of Histology.
• Knowledge of primary/special staining, tissue processing, sectioning and IHC.
• Experience with histology instruments and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and commercial awareness; able to present to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Post-sales: instrument and software training for customers.
• Troubleshooting and assisting customers with application issues.
• Support with assay optimisation, validation and verification.
• Pre-sales: instrument demonstrations and tender responses.
• Assist Account Manager in meetings and with sales strategy.
• Support at trade shows and conferences.
