Leica Biosystems in the United Kingdom is seeking a Digital Pathology Sales Enablement Manager to drive end-to-end commercial enablement for Digital and Computational Pathology solutions, including AI applications, image management and analysis, with responsibilities spanning tender support and training.

You will partner with the Business Unit, Marketing and Commercial teams to ensure consistent, high-quality execution. This is a fully remote role with travel across EMEA and beyond.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in biology or related field.
• 5+ years in sales, commercial marketing, product management, or related roles.
• Experience in Life Science and tissue diagnostics medical devices.
• Strong presentation and field communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% across EMEA, Americas and High Growth Regions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide commercial sales support to Sales Specialists and Application Specialists through voice of sales and voice of customer, standard work, product expertise for tender responses, driving win rates and pipeline quality.
• Create and develop sales enablement resources (tools, guides, case studies, competitive insights).
• Collaborate with Global Marketing to generate campaigns, congress content and presentations, across diverse cultures and geographies.
• Provide Digital and Computational Pathology expertise for Aperio Solutions in Clinical and Life Science segments.
• Lead communication with the Business Unit to obtain platform updates and enable new product launches and disruptions, translating strategy into the field.
• Provide periodic field-based and remote product training for the broader Commercial team, mentoring associates.
