Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, and repair histopathology equipment for customers across the UK. You will report to the Field Service Team Leader and work within the UK&I Team with an approved remote-work arrangement.

The role requires travel about 80% of the time, ability to lift 20 kg, and collaboration with Field Support to ensure high-quality after-sales service while meeting KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Educated in a Mechanical, Electronic or Electrical or Biomedical qualification subject or job-related experience.
• Demonstrate ability to dismantle assemblies and learn complex medical devices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools such as SFDC/ Field Service.

Responsibilities

• Carry out on-site installation and maintenance of Histopathology and ancillary equipment.
• Deliver accurate reporting and timely submission in Salesforce and other service docs.
• Work with Field Support Team to ensure high-quality after-sales service within KPI targets.
