Job summary

Intapp is seeking a Client Success Manager for the Legal industry to guide law firms in maximizing adoption of Intapp products, with a focus on Compliance. You will drive adoption and value across a tier of accounts as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders and internal teams.

Hybrid in London with opportunities to work remotely. You will monitor usage data, run structured outreach, and expand your expertise across the Intapp product portfolio to support client objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client success for legal professional services.
• Experience using adoption data to drive outreach programs.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Familiarity with Intapp Compliance domain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor adoption data, usage trends, health and engagement signals across legal clients.
• Execute data-triggered success plays to drive adoption and retention at scale.
• Leverage client feedback to build new success plays and value for clients.
• Serve as a responsive point of contact for client inquiries on product usage.
• Build proficiency in Intapp solutions and expand across the product suite.
• Consult with clients post-deployment to ensure solutions meet needs.
