Job summary
Ignite Hubs is seeking a Learning Scientist or Education Psychologist to shape evidence-based learning within its innovative AI-powered platform. This remote role involves designing a learning framework, advising on learning principles, and collaborating with the team to create engaging educational features for children and young people aged 7-25. Ideal candidates will have a degree in a related field and experience with digital learning products. Flexible hours and competitive pay of up to £25 per hour based on experience are offered.
Qualifications
- Degree or postgraduate qualification in Educational Psychology, Psychology, Learning Sciences or related discipline.
- Strong understanding of evidence‑based learning principles.
- Experience applying learning theory in practical contexts.
- Interest in improving how children and young people learn.
Responsibilities
- Design a learning framework grounded in evidence‑based learning science.
- Advise on embedding learning principles into the platform.
- Support design of learning features such as quizzes and feedback mechanisms.
- Collaborate to translate learning theory into practical features.
