An innovative language learning company is looking for a product designer to lead UX/UI design for their mobile app. The successful candidate will collaborate with an international team, drive measurable improvements, and ship high-quality designs quickly. This role requires 3-7 years of experience in product design, with a preference for candidates who are comfortable working cross-timezone and have excellent Figma skills. Qualifications

• 3–7 years product design experience, preferably in consumer mobile.
• Strong understanding of product metrics and tradeoffs.
• Familiarity with agile development and design iteration processes.

Responsabilités

• Own design for key product areas, including onboarding and user flows.
• Partner with product management and engineering teams daily.
• Run usability tests and iterate on design based on feedback.
