Iconic Resourcing is seeking a Learning & Development Trainer for a fixed term of 12 months in Glasgow. This full-time role entails delivering ILM Level 3 and 5 management programs, engaging operational teams through workshops, and improving training materials. AILM qualification at Level 3 or 5 or equivalent experience in delivering management training is preferred. The role requires travel across the UK and offers flexibility and support to shape leadership development.

Qualificações

• Experience delivering leadership or management training.
• Strong facilitation skills and confidence working with mixed-ability groups.
• Organised, proactive, and able to work with autonomy.

Responsabilidades

• Run practical, engaging sessions for operational teams.
