Job summary

New Leaf Search partners with an established UK Asset Finance organisation to recruit a field-based Business Development Manager for Transport, focused on expanding LCV business in the southern half of the UK with a remote/hybrid setup and a strong bonus structure.

The role requires Asset Finance/Leasing experience, a new business mindset, and proven ability to manage relationships across a wide geographic area while collaborating with the sales team to grow the LCV portfolio.

Qualifications

• Relevant Asset Finance and Leasing experience.
• New business focused and commercially driven.
• Comfortable managing relationships across a broad geographical territory.
• Self-motivated and able to operate effectively in a remote, field-based role.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop existing LCV introducer relationships.
• Identify and onboard new LCV introducers.
• Develop business across brokers, vendors, customers and prospects.
• Build relationships across the LCV market throughout Southern UK.
• Identify opportunities to generate additional new business.
• Work collaboratively with the wider sales team to develop LCV business.
