Job summary

Essent Group Ltd. is seeking a Customer Training Manager to develop mortgage operations content, including e-learning, digital content, and webinars. This remote role drives content value for key constituents and increases digital engagement.

You will research industry trends, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver targeted content across channels while aligning with brand and style guidelines. Strong communication and leadership of content projects are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in mortgage underwriting operations or training design/writing-focused roles.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and collaboration tools.
• Strong public speaking, facilitation, and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Excellent communication, storytelling and content-writing abilities; ability to translate complex mortgage concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop mortgage banking operations content including e-learning, digital content, and webinars.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify learning needs and objectives.
• Create engaging, well-researched content across multiple formats and channels.
• Maintain innovative, engaging training content addressing mortgage operations needs.
• Coordinate with partners to produce high-quality content programs.
