Job summary

Talent Leaders is seeking an IT Systems Trainer to support and train across CRM, Billing, HR/Payroll, ATS, Finance and LMS platforms. You'll design and deliver training using classroom, e-learning, and workshops, while providing hands-on systems support and testing.

The role is remote with UK travel to the Birmingham/Midlands area; salary £40k-50k plus benefits, including a car allowance, and opportunity to develop with a forward-thinking organization.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IT systems training across multiple business domains.
• Familiar with CRM, billing, HR/payroll and LMS systems.
• Ability to design and run classroom, e-learning, and workshop sessions.
• Strong reporting on issues and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support and advise business on optimal use of business systems.
• Deliver training programs via classroom, e-learning, workshops, and floorwalking.
• Provide systems testing and support.
