Job summary

Brook Street is seeking an experienced IT & Systems Lead for a remote UK role on a 3-month fixed-term contract. The role covers hands-on technical support, systems administration, and stakeholder management to keep IT, telephony, and Microsoft 365 running smoothly.

Key responsibilities include managing Microsoft 365 (SharePoint/Teams), VOIP platforms, and incident resolution, while coordinating with external suppliers and delivering onboarding to new starters.

Qualifications

• Microsoft 365 Administration including SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online.
• Power Automate / workflow automation for processes.
• IT systems support, troubleshooting and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for IT systems and telephony support.
• Administer Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Teams and shared mailboxes.
• Manage and maintain VOIP/telephony platforms.
• Log, investigate and resolve technical issues, ensuring service standards.
• Coordinate with external IT suppliers and support providers.
• Monitor system performance and produce reports.
• Deliver user onboarding and training for new starters.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation.
