Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an IT Recruitment Specialist with a focus on Cloud Computing and DevOps to source, screen, and place top talent. You will identify Cloud Architects, DevOps Engineers, and Site Reliability Engineers using diverse channels and conduct in-depth technical and behavioral interviews, ensuring a strong cultural fit.

You will build relationships with clients, understand project requirements, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT recruitment focusing on Cloud/DevOps
• Strong understanding of AWS/Azure/GCP and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent sourcing and candidate screening abilities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced setting

Responsibilities

• Source qualified IT professionals for Cloud and DevOps roles
• Conduct technical screenings and behavioral interviews
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the process
