- Expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing tools.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies for software engineering roles across disciplines.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technical recruiters.
- Manage full lifecycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding.
- Implement innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent globally.
- Partner with Engineering leadership to define role profiles and hiring processes.
- Champion DEI initiatives within the recruitment function.
- Utilize analytics to improve processes and outcomes.
- Enhance employer branding to attract top engineering talent.
- Ensure outstanding candidate experience with clear communication.
