Job summary

Triumph Consultants Ltd is recruiting an experienced SEO Contract Manager for an interim role within a high-profile public sector organisation. You will oversee the full lifecycle of IT service contracts, ensuring suppliers meet obligations while driving value for money, compliance and service excellence.

You'll work with Commercial, Finance and operations teams to govern supplier performance, manage risks and financial oversight across a diverse contract portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience managing suppliers and contracts in a complex organisation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to influence stakeholders.
• Experience monitoring supplier performance against KPIs and SLAs.
• Ability to manage commercial risks and hold vendors accountable.
• Strong organisational skills to work across multiple teams.
• Experience in highly regulated or public sector environments.
• Knowledge of Government commercial frameworks and procurement practices.
• Understanding VfM principles, contract governance and financial controls.
• Experience supporting technology, digital or IT service contracts.
• CMCP accreditation (Foundation level or above).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of IT and service contracts, ensuring contractual obligations are delivered effectively.
• Support requirement gathering, procurement activity, supplier engagement and contract management processes.
• Develop, monitor and report on supplier KPIs and SLAs, ensuring contracted services deliver expected outcomes.
• Monitor contract expenditure, service credits and supplier performance, identifying opportunities for cost savings and value for money improvements.
• Maintain risk registers and proactively manage commercial, financial, legal and delivery risks.
• Lead and coordinate contract change control processes, ensuring contract variations are appropriately governed, documented and budgeted.
• Act as the primary point of contact between suppliers and internal stakeholders, facilitating regular business reviews and performance discussions.
• Produce contract governance reports and dashboard updates for senior leadership, ensuring compliance with relevant policies, standards and social value commitments.
